Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Packages must be unopened and in the same condition on which the goods were shipped. It can take up to 10 business days to receive your full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. Packages must be unopened and in the same condition on which the goods were shipped. Please allow 5 day processing time from the times the goods are received by us for shipment of the exchanged goods.
